Does anyone here know anyone at Ducati UK?
 

If so would they be able to tell me if the free back protector offer, still showing on main website, is still in place? If not when did it end?

I have tried Duacti UK via e-mail a few times but cant seem to draw a response!

Have you asked your dealer who should have supplied it with the bike

yep, I'd have said 1st port of call supplying dealer, if they fail then ask them for a contact at customer services with DUK

Hi bradders & co - playing it cagey at the mo with the main stealer, after they greased my chain with lard and subsequent rant at them!, so would like to go armed with nesc. info to tidy things up beyond doubt. If I dont get a rsponse from DUC UK I will ask them straight!;)

Try phoning DUK instead of email

The back protectors need to be ordered via the dealer.They will ask you what size you want as the protectors come in differant lengths and widths.
Picked up mine from Italia Moto last week.:) Comes in a nice Ducati bag.

If you have no luck with the Dealer let me know, I will be at Ducati UK late next week for a meeting on other matters and will bring it up.

Thanks for the offer Chris! I have got a response from the dealer and they are going to correct their apparent mis-understanding!:confused: Although it makes me wonder how many other people havent claimed/recieved/known about this!;)

Still net result mines coming!:D
