Cadwell - Track Attack 2010 - Cope Images Photograph Information

Hi folks,

Well after a roller-coaster 48hrs it looks like Cadwell is GO!!!!!!!!

In usual form I thought I’d let you know that I'll be there again taking piccies of as much of the on and off track action as I can. I’ll capture as many different angles and bits of action or static images as possible over the two days and one evening.

It’ll be pretty much the same as in previous years whereby the images will begin to appear on my site hopefully on the Wednesday after the event.

I’ll bring all my camera gear with me (tripod, lights, pano-head etc) so if there’s a particular shot in the paddock you’d like whilst you’re there (group shot with all your mates etc, bike being prepped, arty static shot with a Cadwell backdrop/s in etc), let me know and I’ll try and help out where I can and where time permits. When you’re out around the track though, the likelihood is, so am I.

As in previous years I’ll offer prints via my website and CD’s/DVD’s containing all images of a single rider. CD’s will be discounted to £20ea. and will contain all images I capture of a rider in hi-resolution (i.e. not cropped or edited).

I’ll try and capture as many shots of each rider as possible. If I get 50 of you, the price is the same as if I get 15. If I get less than 15 then I’ll tweak the prices downwards accordingly. There are times when 6 bikes come past me in a group. If I’m cropping close in then I can’t get all of you. That’s about the only time when riders get missed. If you stay in that tight group its pot-luck who I capture each lap as I can’t keep track of who I have and haven’t caught.

As mentioned, the photo’s will be uploaded to my site ASAP after the event. It does take a little time as I have to produce galleries for approx 2k-3k images.

The photo’s will be located at:

http://www.copeimages.com/DSC_Cadwell.htm

Just look for the 2010 link once you’re there.

I have Paypal set up on my site so you can click on images and add them to your basket if you want prints. If you want a CD of all your own images, you just have to email me a list of the image numbers similar to the below because Paypal won’t let you add them to a single product basket and charge the flat £20.

Don’t worry about the whole image title, I only need the below:

Please can I have these images on CD:
  • Day1Fast014, 015, 016, 255, 600, 734
  • Day2Inter699, 124, 654, 789, 1045
  • Day1Novice255

I’ll then email you back with the payment details.

My contact email for any queries is – info@copeimages.com

Hopefully that’s all fairly straightforward folks, but if you do have any queries at all, just ask.

All that’s left for me to say once again is, a HUGE THANKS TO MONTY, WILF and those responsible for getting this together, and I hope you have a fantastic couple of days and keep safe. Forecast looks good so far :)

I’ll be parked down in the parc-ferme/staging area in a metallic blue VW van if you need me.

See you Sunday

Guy

Nice one Guy I look forward again to your shots over the two days. I'll come and find you and say hello as we usualy bump into each other.

Can we have lots of Candid Paddock shots, come up to our Hants corner at the far end and say hello.

On Track shots are great Guy, but like Craig said, candid paddock shots are just as good and tell a story.... Come and find me with the rest of the Pullens for a hot drink and a chin wag when you get the time.

Glad you are coming mate, can you get some of the L.A.Stone racing bikes in the paddock and out on track, wheelie pics over the mountain are always nice but after the jump suits me if only we were allowed to do them ;)

Message received and understood chaps.

See you Sunday and get those kettles-a-cooking!!!!!!

Hi folks,

After burning a load of oil of the midnight variety, I've got Monday's photographs up on my site. Just use the link in the 1st post above

Hopefully there's someting for everyone there.

Once again, I'd like to say thank you to Monty, Wilf, DUK, WeeJB and all the peeps who helped bring this event back from the dead. It was a credit to you all.

I hope the folks who tumbled off are all ok and that no major damage resulted to bike or rider.

I'm working on Day 2 now so will update this post once they're done.

Many thanks, Guy
