Hyperlight brake discs

Anyone have experience of their discs? They're being punted on e-bay at the moment, and even if the quality is half as good as their spiel, £109 per disc seems reasonable.

For that matter, anyone have a nice pair of gently used discs for sale?

Well, how much are the stock Ducati discs these days?

I bought one in Dec 2001 and it cost £97.01 + VAT.

Have they gone up much since?

They weigh a ton so the name Hyperlight is a bit of a joke and as the price sugests they are cheap and you get what you pay for, nowhere near the quality of Braking which are not much more or PFM.

Answering your own question dept:

Stock Brembo disc for my 2001 748 is £126.50 incl VAT, according to my local dealers.

I think that's quite reasonable.

As Moto748 says, stock Ducati disks are Brembo - on of the best makes you can get for brake systems.

Don't be tempted by cheap tarty stuff as it just won't be as good.
