Alpine Passes Open? Advice please
 

I'm out on the bike in Augsburg, Southern Germany, and will be making my way across to the Pyrenees to meet up with my brother and family. In between stands the Alps and all that fun. I'll have 4 days to get there ;-) Seeing as it's quite early in the season I am seeking advice as to how I can check whether the passes are open. Is there a website with this information? It would be best if I could plan a route with reasonable certainity as I know some passes will not yet be open.
