I forgot to deal with this... What can I do?

i forgot to take mine to cadwell yet alone forget to get it signed !!
apparently if you take it to the next meeting they should be able to sign it then ... fill in the race and result part and keep a copy of the results to show them (although they keep it online at www.hssports.co.uk )
