Span adjust brake lever for 900SS

Does anyone have any info on obtaining a
span-adjust brake lever for a 1978 900SS with cable operated brake ?

Any info on these levers/ options gratefully rec'd.

A 1978 900SS should have twin Brembo discs at the front operated by hydraulics. What would anyone want to put a cable operated brake on it for?
For a span-adjustable lever, fit a master cylinder fron a later bike.
