Rear Shock ?

What other model Ducati shocks fit the monster 620 ?

Chaz 12-Jul-2006 20:29

9xx on the later model that's what we run on the dd bike.

The monster in question is a 2002 dark model, know if it would fit that ?

Zimbo16 13-Jul-2006 07:42

I believe the later monster uses the same frame as the ST range, so I should think the shocks would swap over as well?

Chaz 13-Jul-2006 08:21

I think so if it's the frame were the shock is strait upright & has the ride hight the same as a 9xx.

Does it have a hoop from the swingarm up to a rocker linkage?

If so you need a 851/888 shock.

If its a tierod up to the rocker then you are indeed into 9xx shocks - or you could buy my 4500mile-old Sachs........

It won't have a hoop, that went out with the last of the 583s, the 620 uses the ST frame.
