ultra detailed scale model of a 888 out from ebay...this is obviously the ultra rare beam framed version that never made it into production...:lol: Minichamps eat yer heart out...!

Love the innovative swing-arm mounted footpegs! Grimeca wheels I think (where's Bob with the Jota - he'll know). Maybe it's actually one of these fine scale models...

Nice...the police sponsored one is the tamiya kit..and the others are protar..except that one on the plinth which is pretty cool !! Whered that come from ??!

one tiny point though, they have stuck early 851 rearsets on it, sp4 had the revised flavour.

The smaller 888 on the plinth is a Protar!Its a scaled down version of the bigger ones.Quality is pretty good,the frame and forks are made of metal.
We used to have a great model shop in town where I could get them from.They even had a Protar catalogue to choose from.
The shop has now sadly gone,but I did see a guy selling Protar stuff at the MotoGP.
