SP4 clutch Hello chaps. I haven't been on here for a very long time, mainly because the bike hasn't been one the road for years! So to cut a long and embarssing story short I have snaped off one of the posts that the clutch pressure springs are attached to. Doe's any body know if the clutch is special to the SP range or the same as the 888/916? If so i'm hoping that it won't be to much hasslle to get a replacement. Thanks Mike. |
I expect it's pretty much the same as any other Ducati dry clutch, but could be worth cross-referencing part numbers if you have a workshop/parts manual? |
Hi there, Try posting yr request on the 851/888 forum i'm sure you will get a swift resonse to yr question v quickly.............a very helpful bunch indeed. Good Luck |
Same as every other dry clutch mate. |
A later clutch from a 749 or 999 are all alloy and offer a useful reduction in weight. I have one in my 888 and it was a straight swop. |
Thanks for the helpfull info chaps, I guess I'll find out how much today. hopefully my mate will at least get a trade price!! |
Looks like youre sorted mate. Good to hear from you ! Nat |
