First proper ride out since my accident As the title says really! Been out for about 3 hours or so today, and two tanks of fuel later I think I'm getting a bit of confidence back :) I've had the forks dropped thorugh the yokes one ring to quicken up the steering a little, other than that it's on factory settings. It's bloody perfect on the road - handles superbly and with a bit more weight over the front it's got a better front end feel than before. Awesome! Just need to improve my lines and observation a bit more, so I'll be looking into some advanced training. Big thanks again to all the guys at Ducati Manchester who rebuilt the bike and serviced it over winter. It's running great and I've started to remember just how superb the 749S is :D See you all at Oulton Park for the BSB on Monday???? [Edited on 23-4-2006 by Twinfan] |

Yep, I've been waiting for the perfect day to get a few hours in. I was dead nervous before I went out, but it went great. You can't beat the sound of a testastretta motor with Termis on the overrun :D |
