Thinking about it although its not the circuit layout that we will be racing on I've been looking forward to giving the new GP gircuit a go, may have to think about bringing the R6 along

Dukeman358 04-Jan-2010 11:55

There is also this on Saturday from focussed events.

Silverstone Grand Prix, on SATURDAY the 20th of March just £125.

Cheers Kim
As its a Saturday I have just booked 3 places for myself, Senna3 and Dallas
So now have 10 weeks to get the DD Bike and the R6 ready

bradders 04-Jan-2010 14:50

so we're going for the sat one now? What group....

Gbyte666 04-Jan-2010 15:32

Beleve me Paul FE is way better than hottrax.

I'll book a place ASAP.

As Paul asked what group have you booked into Kev ? Inters as we are little 600's

Craig

skidlids 04-Jan-2010 15:58

Booked Advance its the only group I ever book, its a wide track the fast bikes can go around me when I'm on my 620, they will have to try harder when I'm out on the R6
Kev P is taking his 996SPS along as well as his DD bike
Just booked Dallas in on his 620 at the moment but we are all in advanced

bradders 04-Jan-2010 17:25

gulp! reckon I'll be ok with all thise mad men?!

I would'nt worry I'll be out of your way by nearly one whole complete lap if I go by the same way as last year.:(

Craig

skidlids 04-Jan-2010 21:24

Usually find there are less mad men in the advance group than in the others, especially when you get the ones trying to make themselves look good by entering a slower group and then trying to pass everyone.
The GP track is even longer this year so once someone passes you it will be quite a while before they come around again

bradders 04-Jan-2010 21:32

Convinced. Advanced it is then. If I can get a van may bring 848 too

Last year there was

Dallas
Kev P
Matty (best I give him a call and let him know we have booked it)
Craig
Me

all who raced in DD as for us its not so much about doing a trackday as its more to give the DD bikes and ourselves a shake down pre season at our nearest track, which just also happens to have large garages with electric which beats going to Mallory on a wednesday afternoon. May cost more but we save a bit on fuel and travelling time and get a whole day.
This year its a bit different as its a chance to try the new GP track :)

Last year there was Also
CK & AK along with their riders Sam and Clint

bradders 05-Jan-2010 16:17

Kev - Skidlids - Advanced
Kev- Senna3 - Advanced
Dallas - Advanced
Kim - Dukeman358 - Ultra Slow Novice in advanced
Bradders - ultra fast novice in advanced!

GByte booked yet?!

AK 05-Jan-2010 16:20

wont be doing it this year skids as our 1st race meeting is the weekend before mate.

Gbyte666 05-Jan-2010 17:14

Kev - Skidlids - Advanced
Kev- Senna3 - Advanced
Dallas - Advanced
Kim - Dukeman358 - Ultra Slow Novice in advanced
Craig just sloted in between Kim but IN FRONT of Bradders. Booked
Bradders - ultra fast novice in advanced!

skidlids 05-Jan-2010 18:55

Maty says he will be booking it tomorrow, hopefully there will be places left.

At least its not going to be full of New Era F600, Pro-bike & SoT riders as they should be at Mallory

Have you got a pre season practice sorted as I'm sure there will be a few that would like to get along and support the KRR team

Imola Duke 05-Jan-2010 21:19

I might come along and join you.......:)
