I got the S4r yesterday!!!! Woohoo finally got it once the rain had stopped, my dealer had taken a part of a s2r that was not affected by the recall so I could have my bike sooner:D:cool: It was the top rocker thing that was affected and not the tie rod. Still breaking in but up to 5k this thing really shifts and I see why a steering damper is needed:D and its real smooth compared to my 748 to which is weird. Pics coming soooon:cool: |
Lee, Glad to hear you got your bike. Now get that rear hugger on it to protect the shock from getting covered in crud. Guy |
Thanks Guy Got the hugger on today ended up taking out the wheel much easier then, the 3 bolts are in the tiniest of places at the factory midgets must do them up!!! Looks good and gives good coverage to The pressure plate was easy looks wicked really loud to, need a loud exhaust now to :D:D: |
Enjoy it Lee! - look forward to the piccies |
Nice one Lee, get the low level termis with the cat removal pipes - now that's loud, ask anyone in Surrey:devil: |
Na mate! Straight thru Arrows are the way to go. Ask anyone , anywhere.:devil::devil: Makes a Monster , sound like a MONSTER :D:D:D |
Lee, Gizmo has a virtually new set of Arrows for sale as he's flogging his S4R, they are in Market place .. having heard Webbys and The996's bikes I think you'd be happy with either set up mate ..... Glad you like it ... |
Cheers Dibble but unfortunately the pipes went this weekend. (I must update the ad). The steering damper is still ofr sale though - sadly so is the bike :( |
Thanks I was offered Gizmos arrows I did have his hugger and dp plate and cover very nice they are to so now have the loud clutch :D:D, skint at the mo, zorsts are gonna have to wait a while:o: I think a steering dmaper will be first before a new zorst:D |
