Anybody know how the cash back works?

You can choose to have the cash back immediately or exchange it for the 9th meeting or at any time during 2014

Looks like I'll be doing at least 8 rounds then, just hope to confirm with work tomorrow the dates for returning to Qatar if it's happening as I don't want a trip that ends late March

I've got the holidays to do them all, unlike last year.

The interest free credit card swap trick means I can spread the payments evenly too, meaning I don't need to find funds for 2 meets from 1 wage packet and can use the cashback to pay for the 9th round.
Makes pretty good sense!

The only stumbling point is the refund policy, is there one?
Can credit be awarded or transferred in certain circumstances?
If so I'd prob sign up for the deal.

I think the question is on the refund policy is, if I crash and injure myself 3 meetings in that keeps me out for the rest of the season do I get any money back....?

Or a catastrophic bike failure!

Could you sell your entry to someone who hasn't signed up for the season or let it count towards next seasons entries? That way Hottrax keep your money but you don't lose the use of it!

I don't intend anything like it to happen but a little assurance is needed.

To clear the credit option up
If you have a problem of any sort and cannot continue in the year we will do the following but will not refund money

Any discounts or cash back you had will be withdrawn back full price as published, the rounds you have done will be used to calculate the amount you have used at full retail price. This amount will be deducted from what you paid and the remainder credited to your account for future use on race entries, test days or track days. We will not refund the fees under any circumstances.

For example you pay up front the amount of £1561.50 and then claim the £250 cash back as well thats a net payment of £1311.50. Retail price is £1735 for 8 rounds.
If you do the first 4 rounds and then cannot continue we calculate back to the retail cost which is £890 for the 4 rounds then deduct that from what you have paid which is £1311.50 leaving a credit of £421.50.

Knockhill or Pembrey entry fee is £215 so you can use the £250 to do the 9th round with £35 left over as a credit for a transponder or garage for example
