Alternative Mirrors

Does anyone know if there are any alternative mirrors available for my 749. The 749 I looked at before I bought mine had some that looked more the the ones on the 848/1098

I know the originals look nice but with the current weather some decent mirrors would really help!

Cheers

Wes

i've got a set of the ducati performance ones and they make a massive difference. relatively easy to fit too provided you aren;t too hamfisted and use a decent allen key so you don;t round the (soft) bolt supplied.

Major plus is they don;t vibrate at speed whoich cheaper ones will do.

Rather than going down the expensive route of replacing the mirrors, have you thought and/or tried fitting blind-spot mirrors that you get from Halfords?

Found these on eBay, big 7.5cm;

or regular sized ones;

just fit them to the outside edge of your std. mirror and hey presto £75+ saved, potentially.

I second that, no more chicken flapping for me now.

I second that recommendation but put them inboard. The outside edge of the mirror is the most useful for a rear view.
