Haga to stay in World Superbikes http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...es/4161003.stm Last Updated: Monday, 10 January, 2005, 10:17 GMT Noriyuki Haga has agreed to remain in the World Superbike Championship with a switch to the Yamaha Italia team. The 29-year-old had initially been left without a ride for 2005 despite a strong year with Renegade Ducati. The Japanese star has 11 previous World Superbike wins from his last stint with Yamaha between 1996 and 2000. "I'm looking forward to returning to Yamaha and turning the bike into a winner, said Haga. "And I'm very happy to be staying in Superbikes." |
