DSC French Tour 2013
 

It is with great pleasure that the Ducati Sporting Club announce the first ever DSC French Tour!

Following many successful trips to France, Club member Neil Murray has organised an exclusive French Tour for Ducati Sporting Club members.

The Tour will take place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend, departing Dover to Calais by ferry in the morning of Friday 24th May and staying for two nights in a hotel in Albert, approx 100 miles from Calais.

On Saturday 25th we plan to visit the Somme battlefields; The Lutyens memorial at Thiepval, the Canadian memorial at Beaumont-Hamel, and the museum at Albert.

Sunday 26th will be the return ferry trip from Calais to Dover in the afternoon, leaving you free to recover on Monday 27th which is the Bank Holiday.

The cost includes your ferry crossings for bike with rider, two nights in the hotel with breakfast and a four-course evening meal both nights.

Cost per person is £199 based on sharing a room.
If you would like a single room the cost is £299 per person.

The only thing you will need to pay extra for is your fuel, lunches and the bar bill!

There are very limited places available for this trip and we expect them to sell out quickly. If you would like a book a place, a £50 deposit per person will be required.

We stopped at Thiepval on the way down to Paris back in August.

For anyone who has never been, it is well worth a visit - a truly humbling place. The statistics are simply mind-boggling :( :(
