| You wouldn't be able to use the 1098 or 1198 ECU on the 848 as they are all different. The 1098 and 1198 has different wiring to the ECU and different fuel maps. The 1098 and 848 have the same wiring but different fuel maps.
Best bet is to look on ebay for a second-hand ECU as that will work with your bike (the ECU is not coded on the 848/1098/1198 range) or get a spare ECU reflashed to the right map for what you want. |
