I have Photoshop 6&8 and paintshop pro 8.I want to know how to use it.I am using photoshop 6 at present, but if either of the other two are better,i will use them!!Just basic stuff like merging two pics,or changing the colour of something(wheels on the bike for example),getting rid of something in the background etc..Is there a reasonably priced idiots guide book anyone can recommend?Help please.

Hello

Jasper I can help out with photoshop, but paintshop I have never used.
Photoshop is based around layers and layer masks, colour correct in RGB, but be aware that printing to CMYK will lose the range of colours due to the gamut range.

If you need any advice let me know always willing to help out.

regards
