Will a set of 748 belt covers fit a 996 and if so does it matter on the year?:puzzled::puzzled::puzzled:

Aren't the belt covers different lengths to suit the stroke of the engine?

You are right - 4,5mm longer stroke but according to my lists its the same covers (numbers)
