Just bought some LED indicators from Hein Gericke (the arrow shaped ones for 13 quid each)

Added the rear, including the resistors and with conventional fronts the speed of the 'winks' is twice the normal rate

Once I add the fronts (not with any resistors), nothing. No indicator action at all.

Anyone got any ideas?

When speaking to the Hein Gericke manager he said only one resistor is required per side

Cheers in advance
Jason

What is the resistor value in Ohms?

Are you connecting the resistor in paralell with the indicator?

Looking in the H-G catalogue it does not give an ohm rating, but states:
10 resp 21w resistor

Resistor is in-line on the +ve lead

The resistor should be across the indicator (paralell), not in line with it(series).

Okay, i'll give it a go, but if you're wrong you owe me a fuse........
If you're right - I owe you a beer...
