I managed to get on my bike this morning - and rode into work. (ok, its only 3 miles, but we do finish early today)
Back still not 100%, but am so glad its better than it was.

I get up and see if my body feels like keeping up with what my brain is planing to do.

Not on the four legged ones yet, Brent:( I think that will be a while yet.
Bradders - an old back injury mate (legacy from bike off in early 80's)
think I'd better test things out on the way home - maybe via Box Hill or Newlands.............. a little round trip:)

My back not been to good for about 2 months been to back man a few times but can't afford to keep paying him :lol:
Good to see you're mobile again Charlotte. Back was the reason I got the S4R:D:D Alegedly
Sorry to hear it come back Ck. Glad mine seems to be good too. I can now leave my bike round Carolines instead of dragging it down alleyways and heaving it round corners. Phewww!!!!. See you soon
