I managed it!
I managed to get on my bike this morning - and rode into work. (ok, its only 3 miles, but we do finish early today)
Back still not 100%, but am so glad its better than it was.

I think that will be a while yet.
Bradders - an old back injury mate (legacy from bike off in early 80's)
think I'd better test things out on the way home - maybe via Box Hill or Newlands.............. a little round trip

Sorry to hear it come back Ck. Glad mine seems to be good too. I can now leave my bike round Carolines instead of dragging it down alleyways and heaving it round corners. Phewww!!!!. See you soon
