No I'm not.

Half of our team was injured, the other half was drunk, there was no way we did something interresting. But we're hurt (losing against Scotland hurts a lot ;) ), and we'll need to get our revenge against.... the Scots' closest neighbours by example

bl00dy sport

I was a tad excited watching the TV, well done Bonnie Jockland, bloody fantastic and long overdue and whatever people say about France being not at full strength etc, that's the game and our tiny little Scottish nation have turned over the 6 Nations and World Cup favourites......in true Scottish nature though, we now think that we are going to win the world cup....''we're on the march with Alleys army'' springs to mind.

Anyway...come on you Jockos, it would be great for the game/championship if we were able to string a few good results together. Not sure about the Irish at home against Italy, Welsh were out to lunch and I thought the score flattered England a bit, but they're now in the driving seat towards a grand slam.

Yep, youse boys played a blinder.

Sort of agree with you about the score flattering England a bit, but it seemed to me that 'first match nerves' and a little bit of rustiness affected every team, we certainly let in a soft try. It looked for a while as if the Welsh might still be in the game at half time but ultimately the power and strength of the English pack just ground the Welsh forwards down and let the floodgates open in the last 20 minutes, so it may not have been a truly spectacular game but in the end we did deserve that margin. As you said - that's the game

Think it was the most entertaining game of the weekend, it looked like the Fr*nch might just steal it at the last but your guys just calmed down and played tactically for the last 10 minutes.

Lets hope we can look forward to as much entertainment throughout the rest of the championship.

It looked like the English had a can opener in that second half!

Built on by forward pack dominance. I couldn't imagine trying to stop Dallaglio on the burst when I was stationary 1 metre off my line! That's a try every day of the week! He's a monster! (I walked past him in Richmond once and wondered who turned off the sun!)

Yep, Dallaglio, 18 stone and all of it muscle. He'd take a lot of stopping on the burst even if the guy trying to stop him was another giant - never mind a scrum half
