well i finally recived the 57mm (999s pipes)system for my bike yesterday and went and fitted it before a few dyno runs
and 138bhp at the back wheel and 145 at the clutch. Thats a 5 bhp rise with just the exhaust fitted
not bad as im still using the origional 999r open cpu
im still waiting for the Fuel Adjuster to arrive .
does anybody else with a 04 999r have any power curves standard or non standard??
ill get mine next week and post them up
ive got mine.........999r 57mm pc111, pre cam timing set up.
ill try to find it..............
has your system got the banana pipe?

it say's 57mm on the box!!
but ill have a look later.
what part of the system is 57mm or 54 mm ?
is it the manifold diameter

i had pc3 fitted with my 1st service and dyno set up with jhp see graph john hacket said my exhaust is restricting the true power i can get he said i need one of yours and andys 57mm exhausts before i lash out 2k on one can someone post a graph with one on thanks

i used the adapter set for the 05 999s it only costs about €1300 ish
and runs fine with the race ecu you get with the bike

nathanhu - although I am not 100% certain, I was always under the impression that the 57mm system looks like this one here (accompanied by "twin" carbon heal guard):

and that the pics you posted above (where the pipe flattens down near the footpeg) is the 54mm system.
Ok -- this has got me stumped so I looked around.
It turns out that your system is the NEW look of the 57mm Termi units!
This is the part where the pipe flattens at the footpeg area... the same characteristic of the 54 mm system.
I suppose they have created this modification to get around the burned fairings issue.
