Seen the video on board laps but wondered what you guys who raced there last year or have been this year thought of it.Good track for DD or not!
Yep, nothing special as far as race tracks go. It's nice and fast though, but has been spoilt in recent years by the usual addition of ridiculous chicanes.
It's about as exciting as Snetterton
...but it's a race meeting, and we all love racing don't we - so it will be great :D

If they spent £20m on an 'excitement generation scheme' CC would still be 27% less exciting than the toilet blocks at Snetterton!
Bit like the perineum, not that interesting but a lovely setting....

Its not quite as challenging on a DD bike as it is on something with 3 times the power when entering Quarry takes on a whole new aspect

Haven't indulged in the delights of CC yet but come next Wednesday all will be reveled.
from a spectators point - its rubbish :(
its a long way to go & see each part of the track. If you lurk around on the start finish straight that is probably the best view for about 800yards. Otherwise you need walking boots to watch each bit :(
Bones wasnt to keen last week in howling side winds & torrential rain, first time he felt like he could be blown off course into the grass/chicane/fencing

Was best on 160bhp pro-bike before they put in any of the chicanes - all that's left these days are the bumps!

I agree, I rode it on Bransons TT Proddy Fireblade in 1998 and it was mega.
A bit like Thruxton on steroids
