Hi guys/gaals, Im new on this forum, I have had a 748S (Yellow) for approx 2 years but did not know of this place until I have realised that my servicing cost are too expensive and need to some spanner work my self.

I was looking at getting myself some tools, to start off with front and rear wheel nut socket. I believe sizes are 27mm front 46mm rear (please cooerct me if i'm wrong). I would like to ask if this would fit (please see link) rather than buying what people are selling as "Ducati rear wheel nut socket" and 3 times as much in cost.

Many thanks

Front spindle is a 28mm (not 27mm) , rear wheel side as you say is 46mm and the sprocket side if I remember correctly is 41mm (easy enough for me to check when I get home from work)

some of the tool stores at the bigger auto jumbles sell them.

Thanks guys....Im from East London.

Can any one recommend any learning schools to help me get to know my bike and learn to ride it 'as it should be ridden'. I would much prefer to get this experience on a track where its much safer rather than out on the road. I class my self as a 'fair weather rider' and have previously ridden the bike to to pose around in.

All suggestion welcome (I hope no one recomends the CBT again)

Thanks

CSS is quite good - so I've heard ;)

Send a PM to TP (http://80.243.187.66/private.php?do=newpm&u=7877) (he's a CSS destructor)
