Anyone know were I can get a new spring for my rear Showa

Are they easy to fit or is it a job for a pro

Easy with spring clamps, i have a good used 1 in the garage if your interested

I have a couple of Ohlins ones kicking about somewhere. Dont know if they would fit though.

Anyone tell me what spring clamps look like and where would I get some
