Ok i have a set hh ebc pads for my 748 bought at bike show never fitted them yet . a freind has just done a trackday with these fitted and they have "scorched" or "blue'd" the discs and he may need new discs ! he has been told it's to do with the size of fibres in the pads hh pads tend to grab the disc as the fibres are larger and pads like sbk don't as the fibres in the pad are smaller this has made me think twice about fitting the ebc's and to go for sbk pads instead ,
anyone got any opinions on this ??

EBC are aggresive on discs, but to be honest SBK aint that much better and they are pricey.

Bendix every time, we have tested loads of pads and these are the Kiddies, good stopping from cold, no fade when hot, kind to your discs and if you get them from us, well priced.

£16.71 a side for single or twin pin callipers and £25.12 a side for four pad callipers.

Used Bendix once and now don't use anything else. For the track the carbon matrix jobbies are the dog's whatsits. Nigel, yes that's for a pair. One of the best values out there but not well known.

Yes that is a pair and the R1 pads are the same price, all in stock.

On a 99 it should be a twin pin calliper, but you may have a 98 model not registered till 99.
