Ducati Performance do a nice one with an alloy cap and carbon fibre surround. Or you can get an anodised Casoli or Ferracci one. Anyone fitted any of these instead of the standard (ugly!) cap? Any thoughts on any of these? Easy job?

Cheers,
Rob

I have a alloy race one with the screw in cap, far nicer looking than the standard item, Senna3 has a Carbon one that uses the internals from the original again looks better than the standard item. My one is a piece of cake to fit and use.

Rob,

I have the Casoli cap which I'm very happy with.

Very easy to fit and looks the dogs.

Well made and easy to operate...............only problem is, as it isn't lockable you wouldn't want to leave your bike unattended.

Here's some pics..................

The alloy ones do look nice, I guess I was hoping that somebody had a Ducati Performance one cos I liked the look of the carbon surround. Overpriced probably though! The amount of screws seems different to the alloy ones mentioned above, so the fitting looks to be different.

I do like the Casoli one, Everton -- tho it looks a little like the Casoli badge is on the wrong way round..? The ones I saw in the Barnet shop were unbadged.
