Im after a really light rear discs and possibly some new fronts.

Must be honest and say I have never liked the look of the wavey discs but they seem to be popular in the paddock and light! But whats the difference between the 3 types??? A "braking" seller was telling me that theirs is the originator used in WSB bikes using them and the others are cheaper immitations, and he said the others are only recommended for road?

But they all look similar to me? Any thoughts?

I have only used the Braking waveys, I've had the same set for years, think I first used them when racing the 916 or 748 in SoT. Can't fault them

They are priced slightly differently. Apart from that, I think they are all pretty good (certainly good enough for a DD bike). I think in order of Cost, Wavy are cheapest at around 150ish including VAT. The Galfer/Braking ones are around the 180-190 mark including VAT. Not sure if anyone has them any cheaper.

These Armstrong Wavy ones seem to be about the best deal I could find: http://www.jesterstrickbits.co.uk/products/Wavy-Front-Brake-Discs-Ducati-Monster.html
