Yep mine arrived too :)

I need another 4 as there are 6 of my sponsors from Toshiba coming, so if anyone has some spares it would be appreciated.
We'll be there on Thursday evening for the Friday Test Day :D

Will be there late (very late) Friday and will be in the garage. Just two of us so should have spare tickets.

For those who booked a garage as i see some of you have, i noticed it says garages must be vacated Saturday night ? hope that is an error as we have a race Sunday as well.

Did you try to book one? I thought Snett had plenty of garages?

Same here
Apparently cut off date for Garage allocation was June 6th so if you didn't have your entry in buy then you were to late for a garage
Shame this isn't mentioned on the entry form

The only DDers with a garage allocation are Ghost and Ells

Only on the part of New Era as Hottrax entries closed on the 6th June so thats when they sort the garage allocation

Where as the New Era entry forms have today the 11th June as the closing date

Best get the entries in earlier, not that it will make any difference for the next few rounds

rather than sitting around a garage You could always go for a run on Saturday evening

I wonder how we stand on entering this

2 Allcomers races are added on Saturday afternoon at a cost of £35 per race, both are 8 laps and can be entered on the day.

So, with people getting tickets nearly a week ago and yours not arriving, how did they manage not to get a garage?! All seems a bit messed up!

I posted my entry on the Tuesday after Anglesey.

Hence it getting there before the 6th June
Ron its when you send your entry in not when the post office decide to return it to you
Think I'll put my Oulton entry in early

The Post office tend not to hold onto things much these days... I'm not doubting when they went in. It just seems odd to me that Phil hasn't got his tickets when his entry was in before the 6th, but Bradders and I have our tickets when we only posted them at the beginning of this week. Almost as if the sending out of tickets by NE is a bit sporadic.

... And I'm still more than hacked off that no-one told is of this 6th June cut-off. I had to order a few bits and pieces to repair the bike after Anglesey, so the entry was delayed. If I had known it had to be in by the 6th, it would have been in. I know I'm not the only one.

This correlation between NE and Hottrax seems to be far from seamless.

Ditto

also got to agree with Phils comment, for as long as I can recall my New Era entries had to be in 2 weeks before race day (as are Hottrax ntries) so why the change to just one week prior to race day this year.

Shows what selling garage spaces at a reasonable prices does, why New Era charged so much and then had empty garages beats me

No reply for me either and I payed by cheque, as I'm not getting a garage I wonder if I'll get a credit for £15 at the next round?

Still waiting for those slow tickets. Called NE and they should have got to me so they are popping more in post. Dont know if everything will be in the second envelope. I believe posties work like busses, nothing for weeks and then two come at the same time so hoping they will bot turn up soon.

Dont fancy turning up without paperwork. Find it stresfull at the best of times.

especially as quite a few times this year they have taken tickets Thursday night and Friday!! no ticket no entry! Altho with it being a trackday you should be ok if you are coming for Friday
