As of 10.30 this morning we have just been told that the company are making 12 redundancies. :( I could be one of them.

On a brighter note the bike now has new tyres fitted, full of fuel and ready for Cadders with Bradders :D

It's actualy 2 out of my area and 10 more throughout the factory. Hoping it's voluntary first. With a couple of engineers around the 60 mark I'm keeping my fingers crossed they take it.

Doesn't phase me though, and it seems to be the norm nowadays. Got to get on with it what ever life throws at you. :D

It's not like I'm goin bald is it. That would be terrible

Thats one less than the amount entered for Cadwell at the same time this morning and I know mine, Dallas's and Kev Ps entries are already in

As for redundancy it was strange when it happened but after 22 years in the job i'm currently having a bit of a holiday as I'm only working 3 days a week (Scotland at the moment) for less than half my old hourly rate

On a brighter note the Tax man now gets a smaller percentage of my pay packet, leaving me enough to see out this seasons racing

Hope it all goes ok for you. Top tip - you will loose weight if you stay in hospital. I have just shed 3 KG after a four day stint :)

I struggled to walk for week after my first opp, not sure what they are doing to you my first one they put a lump of plastic where the disc should have been, never worked so in the end they did a major opp and stuck metal pins and crap in L4-L5

Not sure about my entrys after Cadwell either will have to wait and see what the account says :(
