Craig - it doesn't have one??? A few I think use R6 pumps. I have an SS tank with pump inside, if its usable your welcome to borrow to try

Craig
I think thats the vacuum operated fuel pump. theres a feed from one manifold to the pump, one from the fuel tank and then from there to the carbs.
My bike goes from the fuel filter to the carbs and has the vacuum pipe blanked off at the manifold. Removed said item as suspect.
Please wait for some one more technically minded than me to confirm this,
Mark

Thanks Kev, yes I'll give yours a go, quick swap over followed by a quick of whoop down the local road will reveal if thats the problem. If it is tempted to put a proper electric one on in its place if thats possible.
Mark, mine has had the fuel cock ripped out already as that was faulty.

Probably has half its inners stuck in the fuel pump
I have stripped vac pumps down before and cleaned them out

Will have to meet up so you can get it off me
fitting a 12V pump shouldn't be a problem no different to an SS running one, but just run it externally and don't worry about having a return to the tank
