Hmmm, I think the xmas list just got longer. So let me ask the question again..... What bits do I need to put a vented clutch cover on that will look good?! So far: Clutch cover (obviously) Pressure plate Stainless springs and cups .......anything else? Not really after slippers, smoking jkt is enough for me, And where would you recommend getting it from/your opinions? Thanks folks. |

I find that Spareshack provide an excellent service and have a good range see http://www.spareshack.com/index.htm |
being a complete technical novice how easy is it to change all thos ebits over as the billett covers and bling bits behind do look very nice and may just go on my xmas list too |
I've had a look in the Spraynes manual and it doesn't look too hard: Unscrew bolts Take cover off Slacken clutch springs and remove Remove pressure plate Replace all the above and put back together - not too hard would be my guess. |
I think 3 bolts hold the cover, and then 6 for the springs on the pressure plate 30 min job, couple of allen keys, voila |
Very Simple to change the clutch cover 10 mins max. leave the rubber casket off though. and be prepared for the extra noise. it will be loud very loud :lol: |
Then there's these |
