Basically they are a pair of bungs that attach either end of the front wheel spindle.

Will try to post a pic tonight.

Mine cost £20 off eBay.
- can't see any more on there right now, but one guy usually puts a couple of pairs on there each week.

Crash bungs: been there, done that. My advice is don't do it. This subject has been well covered on this board. Do a search and you too can be enlightened.

I have to say I think I'd agree with Felix over the main crash bungs - but will sick with the fork-bottom ones.
