Ha! Yours went in the post 'cos I put the label on myself!

Even if your membership did lapse, we still send you a Pronto anyway, just with a renewal form inside as a cheeky reminder!

Hopefully you should get it soon but if not by the end of the week let me know and I can send you another - same for anyone else that didn't get one.
