I haven't heard anyone mention Tony at Brancato engineering for a long time. I rate him very highly but then i used to have a Bevel.

Try baines racing at silverstone.Been using them for 10 years.

Cornerspeed/ Nelly ,top man. A little closer to home maybe. Moto Morreli in Salisbury done my 996 for the 12,000 and it came back a differant bike. Its all ways going to be expensive but you pay for what you get. 4D

I'm based in Abingdon...and I've used On yer Bike and Techmoto.

Wouldn't use OYB for servicing again...and since techmoto has changed hands, I'll wait for someone else to find out if they are still any good or not!

Other options include Nelly as suggested, JHP in Coventry or AJ Racing just north of Birmingham.

Any three of the above will do a grand job ...you pay yer money...blah blah blah!

May see you at an Oxford ride out ?
Cheers for the advice, I've heard bad things about OYB so no I won't be going there. Love to get out on a ride out, promised myself I wouldn't work so much next year and make more time for the bike :burn:

Why would that be?

What bad things have you heard?

We'd like to know of anything specific, as we have improved our levels of service and would be interested to hear how we can improve further.

Hey 4D...came back a different bike...

Did they paint it yellow or summat, send you the wrong bike back? etc:lol:

I keep taking my Honda in and hope that that will come back as another ducati, no luck so far.

I've no axe to grind with OYB living ooop Narf! but this is an interesting one that a dealer is actively having a look at whats being said, and more importantly wants to respond and improve things.

I'd second that.

Despite going to their open days and visiting their showroom a couple of times I've never bought anything or had my bike serviced there. I must admit that some of that is to do with less than positive comments that are probably more anecdotal than fact.

It's good to know that they're listening though. Top notch customer service always begins with knowing your customers like the back of your hand, and this forum is a very good place to get to know exactly what Ducati owners are all about.

We were talking about dealers at the last monthly meet and saying how there will always be someone with a bad experience at any dealer.

It's good to here the dealers side of the story too.

Well done for coming on the site OnYerBikeMan, hope you continue to, so we can get another piont of view.
