"seperately funded" seem to be the key quote here.

and it could be very good for the series if JHP were going to bring the huge truck of spares that they brought along to Cadwell - at every round.

I think not. If any of the races clash with supersport races, I think they will be a little pushed. Maybe more like a van than a truck. Saying that David Reilly was at TA3 with a van full of spares and helped me out with a new brake lever.

NBs996 21-Dec-2004 01:05

good, I agree... I'm sure my 675 big bore will have a lot to say with 79.9bhp :lol:

I felt a bit negative about this too at first........

don't forget as Monty has already said the riders get the points, therefore the most either can gain is 50% of the first places and the chance of that happening I would suggest is very slim, we aleady know that Dave Reilly is a crasher and are'nt blacksmiths portly chaps with large hammers:)

Nah, bring it on and lets turn up the wick :devil::devil:

Rattler 21-Dec-2004 11:36

Guys - we're in safe hands ;

With the boys at the top - Monty, Chris B et al - sorting this, I'm sure that they won't allow any entries that defeat the initial intention, of cheap, competitive, fun racing, to be diminished by any entry.

I think an eclectic mix of machines and riders can only add to the spectacle.

Now where's that website - www.turbosformonsters.com !!!! :saint::saint::saint:

Good point - the rules don't exclude the use of turbo's or superchargers - do they ? - induction is "free" ..................

and I know Mr. Spalding was experimenting with a supercharger on an ST2 last year, now where did I put his number...................

cue post from the organisers banning the use of superchargers and turbo's.......
