I thought if you were caught by a camera, they had to notify you within 14days?

It amazes me that they just use normal post to send these things out. Why don't they use recorded delivery then there would be no question whether you received it as it would require a signature on receipt.

If you know she was speeding what is the problem with just taking the points especially as it's thro roadworks which is one of the places along with built up areas we should really be taking notice of the limits ?
