I remember weighing my 916BP disc (same as 600SS) my 748RS disc and a SPS disc and found there was very little difference in weight. My wavey discs are no lighter either, the only discs I have that are noticeably lighter are my Spondon ones and they aren't allowed.

The later OEM Brembo 320mm disks are 1.88Kg

I'll have to weigh an SS one and see what the difference is.

But, as I said, in terms of total percentage compared to a complete wheel and tyre it's not a big increase.

Bit heavier than Guido made them

Those are R disks, but I guess there shouldn't be any difference other than offset?

I was just going by the Brembo quoted weight rather than weighing them myself.

Here ya go Fil - these are what you need ...

Only €860 EACH! Mind you, are these allowed in the rules?

Is anyone going to be travelling fast enough to need brakes?

You're only trying to stop a 150kg lump from 100mph if you're very lucky, you don't need MotoGP style stoppers.

The CB500 had one disc, and weighed 180kg, and the brakes were plenty good enough to embarrass race reps on trackdays.

If you really want to spend money, do extra races... that'll make you faster.
