There are 6 4mm allen headed bolts one he end of each spring post, to change springs simply undo all 6 evenly in a criss-cross pattern then remove bolt, cap and spring and replace with stainless, doing them up again in a criss-cross pattern.

Not sure if there is a torque for them but they are so small just do them up till u feel resistance as they can easily snap:(

Mine was only out for one day and the springs corroded :o when i started it up rusty water was flung all over the bike:(:(

The 6 bolts that go through the springs have shoulders so you can not screw them in too far, just nip them up.

As for the springs and caps, go for stainless ones if you have a few shiny bits already. Me I just bought a can of satin black spray from the car shop and gave them a quick coat of paint.

I fitted a DP preasure plate and clutch cover with out any ptoblems, I would post a piccy of it on here but someones bound to have a pop at me if I did!:(
