Nat, the cans are the standard alloy but they have been "Bora'd" so are extremely loud indeed ! So Termi's / whatever would just be for looks. |
BC. Take a look at www.heimracing.de Click on Ducati on the left side of the home page and go into original Ducati exhausts. There you will find them listing Termi end cans for the SP5 at the knock down price of 350 Euros down from 539 Euros. I assume they will fit the SP4 Nat? :bouncy: |
Beancounter... The standard cans on the SP4 were actually made by Termignoni - but don't bear the badge. My own bike has these original cans fitted, and it's a good deal louder than the carbon race cans fitted to my Strada! Steve |
Thanks Gary ! Steve - yeah, mine are pretty loud too. Maybe I'll just stick some Termi stickers on them ! [Edited on 18-5-2005 by beancounter] [Edited on 18-5-2005 by beancounter] |
BC, I guess you got to the ducati name on the home page ok. Click on "auspeffenlangen Ducati", when the page comes up, go to the centre of the page and click on the "original auspuffenlangen Ducati", which is printed in yellow type, 4th of 4 in a list. Scroll down to the Termis, after the 916 and monster stuff. Any probs come back to me. Gary. |
Hi guys Anyone read German? I'm wondering why the photo shows only one can, when the other photos show a pair? Is that the price for a pair? Ah..! Don't answer that. Found out it's for only the one!! [Edited on 18-5-2005 by weeveetwin] |
Looks like it may just be the right hand side. I guess the only way to be sure would be to mail them and ask. Their english will be a lot better than my german |
Try copying the German text into http://babelfish.altavista.com/ Usually gives a pretty good translation. Andrew |
Thas all right then..:D My standard cans had the baines bora conversion - feckin loud !!! Nat |
