It is a job you can do but you will need to have the large sockets to remove the back wheel and the sprocket carrier. Then a large Alan key that fits the back of the cush drives, all of which are normally a Bas**d to undo.

I have the sockets and a braker bar if you need some but I havent got the Alan key ;)

ok gents,back wheel up,rear sprocket off,there doesnt seem to be a problem with the rubbers but the inside of the spindle seems to be rubbing against the part of the swingarm that you use to adjust the chain...anyone shed any light?gonna try and attach pics

You need to inspect the groove the large circlip fits into. The circlip is the one you can see in the first pic. The groove usually wear sideways allowing the sprocket to move towards the swinging arm.
