Was under the impression that the rear wheels used by the factory bikes had larger axle holes as factory bikes run bigger diameter axles,so the swinging arm would also have to be off a factory bike???????

Erring on the side of caution, based on recentish 'bay prices which is what I used for most of the prices, though with some I just halved their new prices (Race dash + sensors and Corse carbon bodywork, though a set went for about £900 last month). Have to admit I've not been watching brake parts since march though.

You can run a Corse wheel as long as you get the Corse spindle, it'll fit in the standard swingarm though.

Those wheels do look as though they are the early alu ones though, mags don't have the indent, and look rougher.

If the parts were all as described, I owned it, and it didn't sell, I'd break it as I'm sure it'd make that sort of money in parts. Look at the price a frame with V5 goes for, before we get into engine, airbox, yokes etc...

People do pay silly money for parts on ebay, I'm constantly outbid on clipons that go for in excess of £50. So, I'm going to chew some out of solid billet instead.

:P Looks like the bike didnt sell after all..............

But lets be honest id rather have the "R" Model than a 98 SPS. Looks like he spent all his money and forgot to buy a headlight.

Think most of those prices are a tad conservative...

AP's new are £1200+VAT
Marchesini's £1000
Pierobon frame over £200
Carbon bodywork and paint over £3000
Rearsets - Well I priced up some RS ones for my 999 and with discount they were in excess of £1300!!
Technosel seat pad (RS) around £400

That's just a few bits!

I've just been following some ST4 bits on Ebay, a pair of standard calipers went for £155, a rear wheel (no disk) for £108 and a front wheel with a huge ding in the rim (also no disks) went for £122!! Madness.
