Do you mean the black and white block. Thought i'd check that last night anyway and it was full of muck, dirty contacts. Cleaned them up both sides and applied some wd40. Took bike up to the Stormy Petral meet and it was still the same.

Will have to do look at the other things surggested after the weekend.

Still think it's got something to do with the new chips that was put in.
