Ducati don't have to make anything like as many bikes to comply with the rules as they are classed a small volume manufacturer making it easier for them than it would be for the Japanese - can't see Yamaha making 2000 (or whatever the figure is) road legal M1s.

Can you imagine what the 'dici would be like on those Pirellis!!!!!

British sbk test up at Silverstone today. Also present Ben Bostrom on his bike, and foggy petronas.........

Haslam 3 secs faster that Ben........thatll be the pirellis then.....

Or the fact that BB's bike is a road bike with a few bits, whereas the 999 is the F04 flavour...

Na, i think that excuse is over now.......hes been at it long enough for sure....

Haslam also said they were "loads" faster that the WSB boys.........
