I had a letter yesterday about this. I thought this was the recall from a year ago (or more) which was to fit a clip. I figured my bike was not registered as having had it done. No? This is a new one then?

It is a re issue of the old recall for the brake line clip on the fork leg to stop the line getting caught in the lock stop-only affects early bikes that did not come with the clip fiited

Its about the routing of a hose....not locking up your brakes allegations!

Yep,I got one come in the post yesterday,.....for the bike I sold 6 months ago!
It only effects the early bikes,...mine was an '02,52reg'd.
As bolds pointed out,its to fit a small plastic clip on the fork tube to keep the brake line out of the lock stop.
