Hi Confused here.. Or was untill I read rcgbob44 bit on the K & N type JHP filter.
I feel a bit more confident having read that someone has actually had them fitted and they work.

Having big engine job done on my 996R next month including under tank K & N TYPE JHP filters and Power commander, so iam glad it wont be a waste of money. iM after a BUCCI slipper clutch, any contacts. Ive been quoted £700 plus for clutch including plates. Can anyone advise.

IP,

I you wanna know if yer cash has been well spent get a before and after dyno run. Preferably somewhere with no interest in taking "cash for Horsepower"

If you are having a number of jobs done at once you can end up in a bit of a swings and roundabout situation. If you check out every step you know to haven't taken two forward and one back.

Ray.

I just got my back back together after a little service and a few minor upgrades, one of which was a new undertank filter, it nearly fills the airbox. The performance difference is amazing, unfortunatley most of it is probably due to the performace chip I got form one of the members on here, and the blocked fuel filter that I also changed.

I was a little disapointed with the performance when I picked it up but it must have been being stifled big time as now it revs crisply, sounds amazing, and absolutley flies!
