New seals (ohlins) and oil cost me £124 + vat That was ride in ride out. Labour was a total of 2.5 hours.

If they're on a bike under warranty the seals will be replaced FOC by the dealer

Cheers JPM, na not under warranty anymore, Also thanks Martin, yeah looking at dropping off the entire bike, so at that price doesn't seem to bad. Spoke to Richie at Louigi's today, so should be sorted soon, best get Nat a beer for forthcoming trailer hire...:roll:

Ohlins forks come with leaky seals as standard!

yeah have since been informed that damp/cold garages are big reason why this happens, might get the old man to install some radiators in garage, then i'll beable to spend all day out there...:bouncy:

Ohlins chage their seals a year or so ago. They now have a dust cover flange as well as two seal flanges (or whatever the correct terminology is- time to wake up Shazaam I think!). Like most rubber compounds they are prone to damage so the dust cover helps, plus they will harden over time especially if used intermittently.

Kais did mine for £100 off the bike. Kais I have always found to be excellent.
