If its any help ive just come back from 3 days in Bologna although I didnt visit the factory because I wanted to go back with the club as the atmosphere was great.
If you cant arrange a coach its only 35 minuites to Bologna central station from Forli on the intercity 11 euros single 5*Hotel opposite was 59 euros a night through expedia.
We walked to Forli station as it was a lovely sunny day but its only 10 miniutes in a taxi and buses leave regulary.
Bologna is truly beautifull and well worth staying the extra nights and the food is something else.
